All of our tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and defects in workmanship. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or abuse of the tool. The term "lifetime" is defined as the period of time a tool can be expected to last under normal use and conditions.


Please contact the distributor you purchased the item from if you have any warranty issue. For current GrowTech distributors to submit a claim for warranty, it is necessary to evaluate the item. In some cases, it is possible to validate a claim with a digital picture of the item. When it is required to ship an item to us, freight must be prepaid. If the claim is validated as a warranty claim, the freight charges will be refunded and the item will be credited or replaced at our expense. No returns shall be accepted without prior authorization. To be eligible for credit or exchange, goods returned must comply with the following requirements:
  1. They must be current models of catalogued items
  2. They must be in resaleable condition
  3. Return authorization must be obtained prior to return shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused and the customer will be liable for delivery, storage, and return freight.
  4. Transportaion charges must be prepaid
  5. Returned goods accepted for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% handling charge for testing, repackaging, and restocking. Necessary recondition costs will be an additional charge.
